1. Preparation before calibration
Turn off the power of the equipment, disassemble the filling head, hopper and other parts, and use a cleaning agent to thoroughly remove the residual material; prepare high-precision electronic scales, calibration weights, gauges and other tools; ensure that the temperature and humidity of the calibration environment are stable to avoid affecting the material state.
2. Calibration of the metering system
First, calibrate the zero point of the weighing sensor, ensure that the display value is 0 when unloaded, and then test with the calibration weight. If the deviation exceeds ±0.5%, adjust the coefficient; the volumetric metering pump can be manually driven to run a fixed number of times, weigh the output material weight, and compare it with the theoretical value. If the error exceeds ±1%, adjust the screw or replace the parts, or optimize the parameters through the automatic calibration program.
3. Filling and conveying calibration
Use a gauge to measure the vertical distance between the filling head and the cartridge and adjust it to 5-10mm to ensure centering; check the wear of the filling head aperture, and replace it if it exceeds the specification. Start the conveyor belt and observe the uniformity of the cartridge spacing. The error is ≤±1mm. If it is not consistent, adjust the motor speed or tension wheel; calibrate the synchronization of the filling and sealing stations to ensure that the cartridge movement error is ≤±2mm.
4. Actual filling verification
Test run the empty machine to check the component movement and sensor feedback; inject standard materials to continuously fill 10-20 cartridges, weigh them with an electronic scale, calculate the average filling amount and the standard value deviation, the allowable error is ±0.1g, and the qualified rate must be ≥99%, otherwise repeat the calibration.
5. Record and maintenance
Fill in the record sheet after calibration, indicating the items, errors and adjustment measures; calibrate once a week under normal use, and recalibrate after the equipment is overhauled or key components are replaced.
