1. Mechanical structure of equipment
The processing accuracy of filling head, metering pump, conveying track and other components directly affects filling accuracy. If the filling head aperture error is large and the metering pump gear is worn, the material output will be unstable, resulting in filling deviation.
2. Sensor accuracy
The sensitivity and accuracy of detection components such as weighing sensors and liquid level sensors are crucial. If the sensor is offset or aged, it cannot accurately feedback the actual state of the material, causing the control system to make incorrect adjustments and reduce filling accuracy.
3. Material characteristics
The viscosity, density and fluidity of the material are different, and the filling difficulty is different. High-viscosity materials have poor fluidity and are easy to clog the filling head; materials containing particles may wear parts or cause uneven feeding, which affects the filling accuracy.
4. Operation parameter settings
Improper settings of parameters such as filling speed, pressure, and time will cause filling volume deviation. If the filling speed is too fast, the material will not have time to be evenly distributed; unstable pressure affects the stability of material output.
5. Equipment maintenance
After long-term use, the wear and stain accumulation of equipment parts are not handled in time, such as aging of metering pump seals and agglomeration of residual materials in the filling head, which will interfere with normal operation and reduce filling accuracy.
6. Environmental factors
Changes in temperature and humidity in the production environment will affect the physical properties of the material. For example, increased temperature may make high-viscosity materials thinner, resulting in faster flow rate and filling volume exceeding the standard range.
7. Container specification differences:
Inconsistent size and shape of cartridges or containers will cause changes in material filling space. If the container caliber is different, even if the same filling volume is set, the actual filling effect will be different.
