1. Preparation
Check whether the equipment is intact, whether all parts are normal, and clean the surface of the machine and the hopper and other parts. Prepare the materials to be filled and the cartridges or containers of corresponding specifications to ensure that the fluidity and quality of the materials meet the requirements.
2. Startup and parameter setting
Connect the power and turn on the equipment switch. According to the filling requirements, set the filling volume, filling speed, temperature (if there is a heating function) and other parameters on the operation interface.
3. Material addition:
Pour the material into the hopper or storage tank. For some materials that need to be heated to maintain fluidity, turn on the heating device to make the material reach the set temperature to ensure the accuracy and smoothness of filling.
4. Place the container
Place the cartridge or container neatly on the conveyor belt or filling station to ensure that the container is accurately positioned and can smoothly receive the filling material.
5. Start filling
After confirming that the equipment and materials are ready, press the start button and the equipment starts automatic filling. The filling head will quantitatively inject the material into the cartridge according to the set parameters. During the filling process, pay attention to the filling situation, such as the flow rate of the material, whether the filling volume is accurate, etc.
6. Quality inspection
Periodically extract the filled cartridges for quality inspection, including the accuracy of the filling volume, whether the seal is good, whether there is material leakage, etc. If any problems are found, adjust the equipment parameters in time or stop the equipment for troubleshooting.
7. Shutdown and cleaning
After the filling task is completed, turn off the power of the equipment and cut off the material supply. Clean the residual materials on the hopper, filling head and equipment surface, and clean and maintain the equipment to extend the service life of the equipment
