1. Preparation before cleaning
Before cleaning, the power supply of the equipment must be cut off to ensure that the stirring shaft stops rotating completely, and the equipment must be grounded; open the stirring kettle cover, wear protective gloves, goggles and other equipment, remove the residual materials in the stirring kettle, and avoid clogging the drain outlet during cleaning.
2. Physical cleaning
Use a soft brush or sponge to manually clean the stubborn material residues on the stirring shaft, paddles, kettle wall and bottom of the stirring kettle; for tightly adhered materials, use a wooden or plastic scraper to carefully scrape them off to avoid damaging the surface of the equipment.
3. Water washing steps
Inject an appropriate amount of clean water into the stirring kettle, the water level should be enough to immerse the stirring parts, start the equipment at a low speed for 5-10 minutes, and use the impact force of the water flow to wash the inside of the equipment; after draining, check whether there is any residual material, and repeat the water washing operation if necessary.
4. Chemical cleaning
For residues of high viscosity, oily or chemically characterized materials, select appropriate cleaning agents according to the properties of the materials; inject the diluted cleaning agent into the mixing kettle and run it at medium or low speed for 10-15 minutes to enhance the decontamination effect, then rinse thoroughly with clean water to prevent residual cleaning agent.
5. Parts disassembly and cleaning
Removable stirring blades, dispersion discs and other parts should be disassembled and cleaned separately according to the requirements of the operating manual; use special tools to remove dirt in gaps and holes, and wipe dry with a clean rag after cleaning to avoid rust.
6. Drying and maintenance
After cleaning, open the cover of the mixing kettle for natural ventilation and drying, or use clean compressed air to blow dry the inside; apply appropriate amount of lubricating oil to shaft seals, bearings and other parts, check whether the seals are intact, and ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
7. Regular deep cleaning
According to the frequency of use of the equipment, deep cleaning should be performed at least once a month; for the production of different batches of products, thorough cleaning is required every time the production is changed to prevent cross-contamination of materials.
