Horizontal Pin Type Bead Mill

Sand Mill Operation Precautions

Turn on the main power switch.

Pulse the main motor to ensure normal load.

Adjust the water speed.

tart the feed pump until the pressure gauge indicates material flow.

Start the main motor, making sure there are no abnormalities.

Adjust the oil-water separator lubricating oil drop rate to maintain a rate of approximately one drop per hour.

Connect a hose to the material barrel outlet and the feed pump inlet, and open the material barrel outlet valve. Note: The shorter the hose between the material barrel and the feed pump, the better. Open the water supply valve and air supply valve.

Adjust the pump speed (changes in the diaphragm pump feed rate can be achieved through the diaphragm pump pressure adjustment component).

After the machine operates stably, check the material quality and make any necessary adjustments.
