1. Optimize equipment design and component selection
Choose a filling head with anti-drip function, such as a double valve structure or a needle filling head. The valve can be quickly closed to cut off the liquid flow after filling. Install a suction device on the outside of the filling head to instantly suck back the residual liquid after filling to reduce dripping.
2. Accurately control filling parameters
Reasonably set the filling speed and pressure according to the viscosity, density and other characteristics of the liquid. High-viscosity liquids can reduce the filling speed and increase the pressure to avoid liquid drawing and dripping due to too slow flow rate; low-viscosity liquids need to increase the speed and reduce the pressure appropriately to prevent liquid splashing due to excessive pressure. At the same time, accurately set the filling time to avoid excessive filling and overflow.
3. Standardize equipment installation and calibration
Ensure that the filling head is vertical to the container and the height is appropriate, and the distance is kept at 5-10mm to avoid liquid dripping outside the container due to position offset; regularly calibrate the filling system to ensure accurate measurement and prevent liquid overflow and dripping due to inaccurate filling volume.
4. Strengthen daily maintenance
Regularly check the wear of vulnerable parts such as filling heads, valves, and sealing rings, and replace aging or damaged parts in time; clean the internal channels of the filling heads to prevent impurities from clogging and affecting the sealing of valve closure; lubricate the transmission parts of the equipment to ensure smooth operation and avoid liquid dripping due to vibration.
5. Standardize the operating procedures
The operator needs to check the status of the equipment before filling, and start it after confirming that there is no abnormality; avoid frequent start and stop of the equipment during the filling process to prevent pressure fluctuations from causing dripping; after the equipment stops running, clean up the residual liquid in time to keep the work area clean.
