Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® Lubricating Oil Filling Machine is a gravity filling machine specially designed for filling 110L-1200L drums or IBC containers. It is widely used in quantitative filling of lubricants, engine oils, coatings, inks, adhesives, resins, dyes, cleaning agents, glycerin, edible oils, essences, solvents, additives, pesticides and other chemical products. The 4 empty containers to be filled are placed in a group on the standard pallet and sent to the filling station by a forklift. The filling system automatically peels the tare, fills each empty barrel with the product of the target weight, and then outputs the finished products by a forklift. A special anti-static and corrosion-resistant liftable filling nozzle is supplied on the operating arm. Rotate the operating arm around the pillar to adjust the X-axis coordinate of the filling nozzle and then press the button on the operating arm to adjust the Y-axis coordinate, so that the filling nozzle can be aligned with the container mouth. The system can automatically compensate for the filling volume of the product according to changes in viscosity, temperature, pressure and specific gravity. For operation in the hazardous area, the explosion-proof filling system is available.
