Introduction

TRANSOCEAN^® varnish filling machine consists of a material buffer bin, a filling unit and a capping unit, which is suitable for quantitative filling of medium and low viscosity materials such as varnish, alkyd paint, wood paint, latex paint, epoxy floor paint, marine paint, ink, chemical solvent, glue, etc.

The packing media enter the material buffer bin via the material inlet. The bin is equipped with a level gauge and a mechanical valve. When the liquid level in the silo is lower than the upper liquid level, the mechanical valve opens to feed material into the buffer silo. When the liquid level in the silo reaches the upper liquid level, the mechanical valve is closed to stop feeding. The bin is connected to the filling nozzle via a hose. When the weighing platform detects a filling container that meets the system's preset tare weight, the filling nozzle is driven by a cylinder to automatically dive into the can mouth and start filling. The filling process is controlled by the load cell, weighing control instrument and PLC. When the filling quantity reaches the preset value, the control system automatically closes the filling nozzle, ends filling process, and automatically resets the filling nozzle. Then put the lid onto the can mouth, put the full can beneath the pressing disc of the capping station, and pull the capping handle by hand. The cylinder drives the pressing disc down for capping, and then automatically reset. The finished product is then removed manually.
