Introduction

TRANSOCEAN® solar cell texturing additive filling machine is automatic filling equipment specially designed for quantitative packing of solar cell texturing additives. The solar cell texturing additive filling machine is mainly composed of an automatic conveying line, a weighing filling unit and a control unit. Automatic capping device, labeling machine and laser coding machine can be selected according to users' request. It is applicable for quantitative filling of liquid materials such as monocrystalline silicon solar cell texturing additive s and polycrystalline silicon solar cell texturing additives.

Structural components
Solar Cell Texturing Additive Filling Machine includes additive storage container, delivery pipeline, control valve, liquid level sensor, counter, and power drive part (such as pump or compressed air system). The additive storage container is used to store texturing additives; the delivery pipeline is responsible for delivering the additives to the texturing tank; the control valve is used to control the on-off and flow rate of the additives; the liquid level sensor is used to monitor the liquid level of the additives; the counter is used to count the number of cells or control the number of additions.
