I. Daily Maintenance
1. Cleaning and Maintenance
Immediately clean the surface and interior of the equipment after each use to prevent dry buildup and clogging.
Use a neutral detergent to clean the grinding chamber, screen, and pipes, avoiding damage to seals caused by corrosive solvents.
2. Lubrication and Maintenance
Add specialized grease (such as Mobil automotive grease) according to the instructions. Lubricate the bearings every 400 hours.
Check the lubrication status of the mechanical seal to prevent leakage caused by dry grinding (use special oil for pneumatic tools).
II. Regular Inspection
1. Key Component Inspection
Inspect the spindle bearings for wear every 2000 hours and replace damaged bearings (axial play tolerance ≤ 0.01mm).
Check the drive belt tension monthly to ensure the motor current difference is ≤ 15A.
2. Grinding Media Management
Filter and clean every 4-6 months. Clean the media and replenish or replace severely worn zirconia beads (particle size deviation ≤ 10%).
Do not mix media of different materials/particle sizes to avoid affecting grinding results.
III. Special Maintenance
1. Sealing System Maintenance
Regularly inspect seals for wear (cracks/hardening require immediate replacement). Clean with anhydrous ethanol and thoroughly dry.
For nano-scale sand mills, pay special attention to the seal storage environment (protect from light and maintain a constant temperature).
2. Electrical System Inspection
Monthly test circuit insulation and dustproof the control cabinet (humidity ≤ 60%).
Verify temperature and pressure protection devices to ensure the over-limit automatic shutdown function is functioning properly.
IV. Annual Overhaul
1. Precision Calibration
Check spindle radial runout (≤ 0.01mm near the end face) and guideway straightness (≤ 0.02mm/1000mm).
Hydraulic system oil contamination must meet NAS standards. Level 8 standard (number of particles per 100 mL ≤ 12,800)
2. Cooling system maintenance
Clean the multi-layer cooling circuit and check the water hardness (calcium and magnesium ions ≤ 50 ppm)
