I. Abnormal Operating Status Signals
1. Performance Degradation
Decreased grinding efficiency (e.g., output per unit time decreases by more than 20%) or fineness does not meet specifications (D90 exceeds process requirements)
Motor current fluctuation exceeds 15% of the rated value or abnormal noise (e.g., metallic clatter) occurs
2. Abnormal Temperature
Grinding chamber temperature exceeds the set protection value (usually ≤60°C) or cooling system failure
Bearing/mechanical seal temperature continuously exceeds ambient temperature by more than 30°C
II. Key Inspection Points for Mechanical Components
1. Sealing System
Material leakage (>5 drops per minute) or seal hardening/cracks
Abnormal mechanical seal pressure (exceeds ±10% of the range marked on the equipment nameplate)
2. Drive System
Belt sag (>15mm) or V-belt wear (crack depth >1mm)
Spindle radial runout >0.02mm (check with a dial indicator)
III. Regular Maintenance Trigger Conditions
1. Time Cycle
Grease should be relubricated after 400 hours of continuous operation, and bearings should be cleaned after 2000 hours.
Grinding media must be replaced every 4-6 months (zirconia bead wear >30%).
2. Material Residue
Grinding chamber wall scale thickness >2mm or screen blockage >50%
IV. Safety Device Response
Frequent pressure/temperature sensor protection shutdown (>3 times per week)
Electrical system insulation resistance <1MΩ (check with a megohmmeter)
