1. Feed System Malfunction
1. Feed Pump Fails to Start/Stops Automatically
Check the power connection and fuse status
Check for leaks, blockages, or pump wear in the pipes
2. Decreased Feed Efficiency
Check the filling level and crushing of the grinding media (e.g., glass beads)
Replace the disperser if worn, and dilute the material if the viscosity is too high
2. Abnormal Operation
1. Bearing Overheating/Abnormal Noise
Insufficient Lubrication or Bearing Damage: Replace the Lubricant or Bearings
Replace Seals if Leaking
2. Violent Machine Vibration
Replace Impeller Wear Parts if Worn, Ensure Internal Balance
Check the Feed Particle Size Check for excessive flow or blockage of the impeller.
III. Cooling and Sealing Failures
1. Cooling System Failure
Clean the electric oil pump plunger if it is stuck, or replace damaged electronic components.
Check the 24V power supply output and the status of the air switch.
2. Seal Leakage
Replace worn dynamic and static mechanical seal rings. Tighten the oil cover joint for leaking oil.
IV. Electrical and Load Issues
1. Motor Failure to Start
Check the fuse, V-belt tightness, and cooling system. Troubleshoot circuit failures for short circuits or poor contact.
2. Overload
Reduce material viscosity or reduce high-speed filling. Clean the crushing chamber regularly to prevent blockage.
