1. Preparation
Check the power supply, cooling system, and sealing of the grinding chamber to ensure there is no abnormal vibration or leakage.
Select grinding media (such as zirconia beads or steel balls) based on the material's characteristics and clean and screen them to prevent impurities from entering.
Operators must wear protective equipment (goggles, gloves, etc.), tie up long hair, and avoid wearing loose clothing.
2. Startup and Grinding
First, turn on the cooling system, then pump in the material, and finally start the main unit. Keep the temperature below 45°C (or as required by the process).
Monitor the operating status. If any abnormal noise, vibration, or excessive temperature rise is detected, immediately shut down the machine for inspection.
Do not operate the machine at no load or overload to prevent wear of the disperser disc.
3. Shutdown and Cleaning
Before shutting down the machine, ensure there is no residual solvent in the drum to prevent dry-running and damage to the disperser disc.
When cleaning, only jog the disperser shaft to avoid wear caused by continuous operation.
Clean the grinding media and residual material, and regularly inspect the screen and seals.
