I. Standard Operating Temperature Range
1. Normal Operating Conditions
The cooling water inlet temperature is recommended to be maintained at 30-35°C (with a 5°C temperature difference). The outlet temperature should not exceed 37°C to ensure stable equipment operation.
2. Special Operating Condition Adjustments
A short-term temperature increase to 40°C is permitted during high-load operation, but requires close monitoring.
For precision grinding, it is recommended to maintain a temperature of 25-30°C (requires a dedicated chiller).
II. Abnormal Temperature Handling
1. High Temperature Alarm (>40°C)
Immediately check the cooling water flow rate (≥2.5 bar). Check for cooling system blockage or water pump failure.
2. Low Temperature Risk (<15°C)
Add antifreeze (ethylene glycol concentration 30%-50%) in winter to prevent condensate from freezing and damaging pipes.
III. Supporting Equipment Recommendations
An industrial chiller with temperature control (such as the GC-3AS model) is recommended.
The temperature sensor should be calibrated regularly (within ±1°C).
