Maintenance of filling machines

1. Daily maintenance
Cleaning equipment: After each use, clean the inner and outer surfaces of the filling machine, especially the filling head and the trough.
Check electrical connections: Make sure all electrical connections are firm and not loose or damaged.
Lubricate mechanical parts: Regularly lubricate mechanical parts such as bearings and gears to reduce wear.
2. Regular inspections
Check sensors: Regularly check the working status of sensors such as liquid level sensors and flow meters, and calibrate or replace them if necessary.
Check seals: Regularly check the wear of seals and replace them in time.
Check electrical components: Regularly check electrical components such as fuses, relays, and motors to ensure their normal operation.
3. Preventive maintenance
Regularly replace wearing parts: Regularly replace wearing parts such as sealing rings and valves according to the frequency of equipment use.
Update software and programs: Regularly update the control software of the equipment to ensure its stable operation.
Train operators: Ensure that operators are familiar with the operation and maintenance procedures of the equipment to avoid equipment damage due to misoperation.
