I. Key Inspection Items
1. Steel Ball Consumption and Replenishment
Regularly measure steel ball wear. Replenish steel balls when their diameter is worn by more than 20% or the filling volume is less than the designed value (usually 25%-30% of the cylinder volume).
2. Condition of Liners and Baffles
Inspect the liner wear. If worn to 2/3 of its original thickness or the bolts are loose, tighten or replace them.
Cracked or clogged baffles should be cleaned or replaced.
3. Bolts and Connectors
Loose or missing anchor bolts and cylinder connecting bolts should be tightened immediately to prevent increased vibration.
4. Lubrication System
Replace the lubricant if the oil level is below 1/2 the mark or if the oil is turbid (black or contains impurities).
5. Transmission Components
Abnormal gear meshing (such as unusual noise, excessive clearance) or cracked pinions require shutdown and inspection. II. Auxiliary Indicators
Current Fluctuation: Sustained high operating current may indicate abnormal load. Check the material filling rate or transmission resistance.
Bearing Temperature: Main bearing temperatures exceeding 60°C or cooling water pipe blockage require emergency attention.
Cylinder Abnormal Sound: Abnormal knocking noise may indicate liner shedding or cylinder deformation. The machine must be shut down for investigation.
III. Recommended Minor Maintenance Cycle
Routine: Perform minor maintenance every 1-3 months, adjusting the interval based on equipment load and wear.
Special Operating Conditions: In environments with high humidity or high-hardness materials, the inspection interval may be shortened to 1 month.
