I. Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Startup Inspection
Check bolt tightness, lubrication system oil level (1/2-2/3 of the way above the oil gauge), and transmission reliability.
Turn the machine one full turn to clear any obstructions around the cylinder and ensure there are no abnormal jams.
During startup, do not start the machine more than twice in a row, with an interval of ≥5 minutes between starts to avoid tripping caused by simultaneous startup of other equipment.
2. Operation Monitoring
Observe current fluctuations, keep idle time ≤15 minutes, and avoid overloading.
Regularly check main bearing temperature (≤60°C), gear meshing status, and lubrication system oil pressure (1.5-2.0 kg/cm²).
Immediately shut down and investigate any abnormal noise, vibration, or current.
3. Shutdown Procedure
First, stop the ore supply, then the water supply. Clean the area around the equipment.
For extended shutdowns, raise the classifier screw above the ore level to avoid startup difficulties. II. Maintenance Key Points
1. Daily Maintenance
Clean the equipment from debris inside and outside, and inspect fasteners (bolts, liner screws) and electrical wiring.
Regularly relubricate lubrication points. Check the lubricant quality every 3-6 months and replace if deteriorating.
2. Regular Maintenance
Minor Repair (1-3 months): Clean the main bearing, replace the lubricant, and adjust the gear meshing clearance.
Medium Repair (6-12 months): Replace worn liners (when worn to 2/3 of their original thickness) and repair scratches on the hollow journal.
Major Repair (2-5 years): Completely disassemble and inspect the cylinder, replace the main bearings and transmission gears, and restore equipment accuracy.
3. Maintenance of Key Components
Liners and Grinding Balls: Regularly inspect for wear. Tighten or replace loose liner screws promptly.
Bearings and Gears: Ensure proper lubrication. Replace gears if excessive wear occurs. III. Common Troubleshooting
Bearing Overheating: Check the oil line for blockage, clean the bearing, and replace contaminated oil.
Gear Noise: Adjust meshing clearance or replace worn gears.
Cylinder Leakage: Tighten the liner screws or replace the sealing gasket.
