For processing of the different materials, different designs of dispersing heads such as sawtooth dispersing disc, Niemann dispersing disc, rotor-stator mixerare available as an option for our high speed dispersers.
According to the installation method of the material tank, our highspeed dispersers can be divided into floor type dispersers and platform type dispersers. The floor type disperser is equipped with a liftabledisperser head driven by a hydraulic cylinder,and a movable material tank. Usually two types of tank fixing devicesare available for option i.e. belt clamping armsand mechanical clamping arms. Generally, two semi-circular tank lids are supplied which can be operated by hand. According to customers’ request, the tank lid can also be connected to the bearing seatof dispersing shaft viapneumatic cylinders to realize the independent lifting/ lowering of the tank lid, which is convenient for raising the tank lid to add little materials or additives during dispersing process without lifting the dispersing head. At the same time, a feeding port and a dust collection portcan also be providedon the tank lid. The platform dispersersare designed for mass production of single product. Generally, each platform type disperser is equipped with 2 to 3 platform type material vessels. The disperser head can be hydraulically raised/ lowered and electrically rotated, and can be shifted among several material vessels, so as to carry out material preparation and dispersion operations at the same time, and to save time and improve production efficiency.
If the dispersers are to be used in a flammable and explosive environment, explosion-proof ones will be applicable.
According to the needs of the production process, the disperser can also be equipped with mechanical seals and vacuum equipment to disperse the materials in the mixing tank in a vacuum state, and at the same time remove the bubbles from the materials, enhance product quality and improve productappearance.
