Introduction:
Fire-retardant coating (also called “Fire protection coating”) is applied to the exterior of combustible substrates to change the surface burning characteristics of materials and prevent the rapid spread of fire; or applied to building components to promote the fire resistance limit.
TRANSOCEAN® fire-resistant coating filling machines are mainly composed of a weighing filling unit, a conveying roller and a capping unit. They are applicable for packing of fire-retardant coating (Fire protection coating), alkyd paint, emulsion paint (latex paint), epoxy paint, ink, Lithium battery slurry, lubricating oil, grease, edible oil, etc.
The operation steps of TRANSOCEAN® fire-resistant coating filling machine are as follows:
●After the empty bucket is put into the filling area by hand, the system automatically fills it according to the preset weight value (ranging from 10kg to 50kg).
●After the filling process is completed, the barrel lid is put on the barrel top and pushed by hand together with the barrel to the starting point of the powered conveyor roller, and then sent to the sealing area by the conveyor roller. Upon customer’s request the automatic capping device can be available.
●The lid capping unit automatically conducts the lid sealing. For plastic barrels and iron barrels with two different materials and designs, two sets of corresponding lid sealing devices can be provided which can be exchanged by hand.
●The finished products are output by the conveyor belt and collected by the operator.
