Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® automatic IBC and drum filling machine is suitable for filling of 150L-1200L containers in the industries of chemical, resin, lubricant, ink, organic solvent, glycerin, pesticide, medicine, dye, detergent, beverage, edible oil, lubricating oil, flavor, food additive, coating and alike. The IBC tank is put onto the conveyor of the filling machine by a forklift, and is automatically transferred to the filling station. Pallets of 150L-200L buckets are pre-stored in the pallet storage station. The automatic palletizing device pushes one pallet onto the automatic conveyor belt at a time, and automatically sends it to the filling station to wait for the empty buckets. The 150L-200L buckets is loaded onto the roller conveyor by hand, and then sent to the filling station automatically. At the filling station, 4 empty buckets in a group are loaded onto the empty pallet by the automatic container loading mechanism. The filling unit is composed of a visual addressing robot and an anti-static submerged filling gun, which automatically completes the alignment of the filling gun to the bunghole and filling work. According to customer requirements, it can be equipped with automatic cap opening, automatic capping device and nitrogen filling device.

●The METTLER TOLEDO load cell is adopted for gravimetric filling.
●The submerged filling gun is used, which can effectively prevent material splashing during filling and residual liquid dripping after filling.
●For the filling of different liquids, filling guns made of SS304 and SS316L are optional, which is easy to exchange.
●The lifting/lowering rate of the filling gun is adjustable.
●Explosion-proof filling systems suitable for hazardous areas are available for option.
●It can realize remote data storage, query and online operation.
