TRANSOCEAN® JWS series horizontal disc type bead mills are applicable for supper fine processing of powders or granules in liquids. The mills are suitable for processing of the particle size range from 200 microns down to 5 microns or even less with a wide range of grinding media from 0.3 mm to 1.6 mm in diameter. Products fed by a feeding pump are forced to flow horizontally through the grinding tank from the material inlet near the mechanical seal towards the other end and exit from the discharge port at the end of grinding chamber while grinding media are retained in the mill by the centrifugal separator.
