Introduction:
● The filtration, washing and drying (3 in 1) machine integrates filtration, washing and drying functions, which is suitable for industrial, pharmaceutical and chemical processing.
● It consists of vessel, mixing system, filtration system, washing system, heating & insulation system, side discharge system, hydraulic lifting system, control system, etc.
● The vessel is detachable, and the detachable chassis is connected with the vessel body via the hydraulic interlock.
● Coils are supplied on the vertical wall and chassis of the vessel to heat and dry the materials.
● Insulation layer is provided on the exterior of the equipment for heat insulation and reducing heat loss.
● The mixing system is equipped with S-type heatable double blade agitators, which can thoroughly stir and heat the filter cake and improve the washing and drying efficiency.
● 6 layer of SS316L sintering meshes are used as the filter medium of chassis.
● The dust collector with heating, heat preservation and periodic back blowing filter element is used to collect dust during vacuum drying process.
● The hydraulic system is used to carry out lifting/lowering of mixing blades, lifting/lowering of chassis, locking of chassis and the opening/closing of discharge valve.
● Rotary spray balls complying with CIP rules are supplied.
● Siemens PLC and on-site lop operation device are adopted in the control system, which characterizes compact man-machine interface, simple operation, convenient maintenance, expandable output and reservation for equipment upgrading.

● Filtration
Solid-liquid separation takes place under vacuum or pressure and brings about flat filter cakes.
● Filter cake leveling
Reverse rotating impellers smooth the cracks on the surface of filter cake to avoid short circuit of cleaning solvent along the cracks to prevent short cut of detergent along the cracks.
● Mixing and cleaning
The container is equipped with rotary spray balls, the detergent comes from the liquid inlet pipe on the rotary spray balls, and the cleaning liquid is evenly sprayed in the container through the rotating spray balls, so as to realize the internal cleaning and material cleaning. The filter cake is mixed with the cleaning liquid by liftable agitator blades, so that the materials are fully washed.
● Drying
In the vacuum state, the agitator blades rotate forwards to scrape the filter cake layer by layer, and the heating system uniformly heats the wet filter cake to make the liquid evaporate.
● Side discharge
After drying, the agitator blades rotate forwards to scrape and push the materials to discharge from the discharge port on the side.
