1. General Temperature Range
Conventional Materials (Paints, Inks, Dyes, etc.)
Recommended Temperature: 40-60°C (Cylinder Surface Temperature)
Upper Limit: Do not exceed 70°C to prevent thermal degradation of materials or aging of equipment seals.
Heat-Sensitive Materials (Pharmaceuticals, Nanomaterials, etc.)
Recommended Temperature: 25-40°C (Requires an efficient cooling system)
Special Requirements: Some electronic pastes require a constant temperature with an accuracy of ±2°C.
2. Key Temperature Control Points
Cooling System Requirements
Cooling water pressure must be stable at 0.2-0.3 MPa, and the water temperature is recommended to be ≤25°C.
High-viscosity materials (such as adhesives) must be pre-cooled to below 30°C before feeding.
Temperature Monitoring Methods
Use an infrared thermometer to monitor the cylinder surface temperature (not the actual material temperature).
Online temperature sensors must be calibrated regularly to avoid errors exceeding ±5°C. 3. Abnormal Temperature Handling
Overtemperature Alarm: Immediately shut down the machine and check the cooling water flow or dispersion plate wear.
Excessive Temperature Fluctuation: Check for changes in material viscosity or feed pump stability.
