1. Disassembly and cleaning
Disassembly of moving parts: Disassemble all moving parts of the Three roll mill (such as rollers, gears, bearings, scrapers, etc.).
Cleaning parts: Use a suitable solvent or cleaning agent to thoroughly clean the disassembled parts to remove residual materials, oil stains and impurities.
2. Inspection and repair
Check the wear: Carefully check the wear of rollers, gears, bearings and other parts. If the roller is found to be deformed (such as low in the middle and high at both ends or elliptical), it must be stopped and re-grinded.
Repair or replace parts: For severely worn parts such as rollers, gears, bearings, etc., they should be repaired or replaced. If the roller is re-grinded too many times, resulting in a diameter less than the specified value, the transmission gear may be tightened and there will be gaps between the rollers. At this time, the gear must be corrected.
3. Lubrication and oil circuit inspection
Replace the lubricant: Thoroughly remove the old lubricant and re-add clean lubricant. The amount of lubricant added should be based on the oil mark on the machine body to avoid too much or too little.
Check the oil circuit: carefully check the smoothness of the oil circuit to ensure that there is no blockage or leakage.
4. Reassembly and debugging
Reassemble the parts: reassemble the cleaned and repaired or replaced parts to the three roll mill.
Debug the equipment: after reassembly, debug the equipment. Including checking the roller gap, adjusting the roller speed ratio, checking whether the cooling water flows smoothly, etc.
5. Test run and inspection
No-load test run: after completing the assembly and debugging, first perform a no-load test run to check whether the equipment is operating normally.
Check the operating status: during the test run, pay attention to check the operating status of the equipment, such as bearing temperature, roller surface abnormalities, etc.
6. Record and archive
Record maintenance: record the details of the overhaul, including the replaced parts, repair content, lubricant replacement, etc., for future reference.
