1. Preparation before operation
Wear protective equipment: Operators need to wear complete work clothes, protective glasses, safety helmets, dust masks and gloves and other personal protective equipment.
Inspect equipment: Ensure that the ball mill is placed stably, and check whether the anchor bolts, cylinder guard plates and related fasteners are loose or falling off.
Grounding and lubrication: Ensure that the ball mill is correctly connected to the ground wire, and check whether the lubrication system is normal, including whether the oil pump and lubricating oil are sufficient.
Clean up the working environment: Keep the ball mill and its surrounding environment clean and tidy, and clean up debris in time.
2. Safety measures during operation
Check before starting: Before starting, idle for 1-2 minutes, check whether the large teeth and empty pivots can carry lubricating oil, and whether there are any abnormal sounds, odors or sparks.
Prohibit touching rotating parts: During the operation of the ball mill, it is strictly forbidden to touch the rotating parts to prevent accidents.
Prohibit changing parameters at will: During operation, it is forbidden to change parameters or disassemble parts at will.
Prohibit inserting objects: It is strictly forbidden to insert hands or other objects into the ball mill to avoid personal injury.
Regularly check the operating status: Check the temperature of the hollow shaft and motor every 20 minutes, generally not exceeding 65 degrees Celsius.
Emergency shutdown: If there is an abnormality in the motor or electrical equipment, the temperature of the main bearing exceeds 60℃, the liner bolts or the grinding door and the grinding head and grinding tail have leakage, etc., the machine should be shut down immediately and professionals should be notified for inspection and repair.
3. Handling work after the operation
Turn off the power: After the operation is completed, the power of the ball mill should be turned off and the plug should be unplugged.
Clean up the equipment: Clean up the residual materials in time and keep the equipment clean.
Check the equipment: Check whether the ball mill has any abnormalities, and report and handle the problems in time.
Maintenance: Check the various parts of the ball mill regularly to ensure its normal operation. The oil pump needs to be regularly filled with lubricating oil to keep the bearings lubricated.
4. Emergency handling
Emergency shutdown: In the event of a fire or other emergency, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately to cut off the power.
Notify relevant personnel: promptly notify relevant personnel and handle the emergency according to the emergency plan.
First aid measures: if a person is injured, first aid measures should be implemented immediately, and the injured should be sent to a medical institution for further treatment.
V. Maintenance
Regular inspection: Check the various parts of the ball mill regularly every week to ensure its normal operation.
Replace lubricating oil: the hollow shaft should be oiled once every three months, and the small gear bearing should be lubricated once a month.
Clean the inside: when the machine is shut down for a long time, the internal materials should be cleaned to prevent scaling.
VI. Safety training and assessment
Training and qualification: Operators need to pass safety training and obtain operating qualifications.
Regular assessment: Regular assessment of safety knowledge and operating skills.
