What are the key points for winter maintenance of Mixing machine?

1. Preparation before starting
Maintain indoor temperature: Try to keep the room temperature of the Mixing machine working place above 0℃. If the temperature is below 0℃, the heating blower must be used to heat the transmission device additionally.
No-load operation: Before starting work, let the Mixing machine run at no-load for at least 30 minutes to ensure the normal operation of all parts of the equipment.
2. Maintenance of water supply system
Drain the water in the pipe: When it is not used for a long time, the water in the pipe needs to be drained, especially the part with the stop valve.
Insulation measures: To prevent the water in the pipe from freezing, an insulation pipeline can be added.
Check the joints: Check the joints of the water supply pipeline regularly, because these parts are prone to water accumulation.
Deal with ice: If the water pump freezes and the blades are stuck, causing the motor to stall, the water pump power should be turned off immediately, and hot water should be used to melt the ice until the motor shaft can rotate freely. The water pump must not be forced to start.
3. Maintenance of air supply system
Condensate discharge: After the operation is completed, discharge the condensate in the pneumatic system to prevent the condensate from freezing due to the night temperature below zero.
Check the lubricating oil: Make sure that the oil dripping amount of the oil mister meets the requirements, and the oil should not be mixed with dust and water.
Air compressor maintenance: Check whether the air compressor has air leakage, ensure that there is enough oil in the crankcase, and use oil that meets the viscosity of winter.
4. Maintenance of admixture system
Pipeline insulation: Pay attention to the insulation of admixture pipelines and tanks to prevent admixtures from freezing.
Clean pipeline: When there is no production for a long time, the admixture in the admixture pipeline needs to be released to prevent freezing or corrosion of the pipeline.
Regular maintenance: Lubricate the admixture pump regularly. When it is not used for a long time, the admixture in the admixture pump needs to be cleaned.
5. Maintenance of mixing machine
Storage conditions: The storage location of the mixing machine is preferably in a building with moderate heating to avoid unprotected storage in the open air.
Rust prevention measures: Before storage begins, apply anti-rust oil to the leaking parts of the mixing machine.
Regular inspection: Every 3 months, manually turn the rotating part of the Mixing machine to ensure the flexibility of the equipment.
Lubrication and maintenance: All bearings, sealing elements, reducers and lubrication components should be thoroughly filled with the specified corresponding brand of grease and lubricating oil.
VI. Maintenance of batching station
Cleaning the sand and gravel bin: After the construction is completed, clean the remaining materials in the sand and gravel bin to avoid freezing and delaying production the next day.
Cleaning the rollers: Clean the sand and gravel on the rollers in time before and after work to prevent ice from forming sharp objects that scratch the belt.
VII. Other precautions
Moisture protection: In winter, the humidity is heavy, and the equipment is easily affected by moisture, leading to corrosion and aging. Especially for Mixing machines in open-air venues, the equipment needs to be covered with waterproof cloth to prevent rain and snow from invading.
De-rat measures: During the closure of the mixing station, it may become a shelter for rodents. Anti-rat measures need to be taken to ensure the normal operation of electrical equipment.
