1. Structural explosion-proof design
Use explosion-proof motors and electrical components, and the shell can withstand the internal explosion pressure and prevent the flame from spreading.
Configure explosion-proof junction boxes and sealed cables to prevent line sparks from igniting external gases.
The kettle body is made of explosion-resistant materials, and the design pressure is more than 1.5 times higher than the working pressure.
2. Ventilation and gas monitoring
The forced ventilation system continuously replaces the air in the kettle to keep the concentration of combustible gas below 25% of the lower explosion limit (LEL).
Install an online gas detector to monitor the concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as benzene and toluene in real time, and automatically alarm and cut off the power supply when it exceeds the standard.
3. Static electricity and fire source control
The equipment is grounded as a whole, the grounding resistance is less than 10Ω, and the pipeline is made of anti-static materials (such as conductive PE).
Use explosion-proof lighting and switches, and prohibit welding, cutting and other open flame operations around the kettle body.
The stirring shaft uses graphite or ceramic bearings to reduce friction sparks.
4. Temperature and pressure safety
Dual sensors monitor temperature and pressure in real time, and automatically start the cooling system or pressure relief valve when the limit is exceeded.
The bursting disc and safety valve are designed in combination, and the bursting pressure is set to 1.1 times the working pressure to ensure emergency pressure relief.
5. Operation and maintenance specifications
Before feeding the material, the air in the kettle must be replaced with nitrogen, and the oxygen content must be less than 2% before operation.
Regularly check the aging of the explosion-proof membrane and seals, and perform pressure resistance tests every six months.
Operators wear anti-static clothing, and are prohibited from bringing non-explosion-proof equipment such as mobile phones into the operating area.
