3. Optimize the design of the cooling system
Multi-hole forced cooling method: The multi-hole forced cooling method is adopted in the cooling water pipe. By drilling holes at the top of the cooling water pipe and the cylindrical surface, the contact area between the cooling water and the roller is increased to improve the cooling effect.
Independent cooling control: Each roller is equipped with an independent cooling system, which can adjust the cooling intensity according to the working status of different rollers to avoid overcooling.
4. Intelligent monitoring and automatic control
Water level sensor and automatic water inlet controller: Install a water level sensor in the cooling tower, cooperate with the automatic water inlet controller, and automatically control the water supply and water cut-off of the water pump according to the water level to ensure a stable supply of cooling water.
Temperature display and monitoring: Install a temperature display device at the inlet and outlet of the cooling system to monitor the temperature of the cooling water in real time to ensure that the cooling effect meets the process requirements.
5. Energy-saving cooling equipment
High-efficiency cooling tower: Adopt an efficient cooling tower design to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of cooling water and reduce the use of cooling water.
Energy-saving water pump: Choose a high-efficiency, low-energy water pump to reduce the operating cost of the cooling system.
