The operation process of TRANSOCEAN®Three Roll Grinding Mill is as follows:
1. Adjust the boiling water to a proper flow rate, and check whether there is any sundries between the roller and the roller;
2. Clean the three-roller and knife (especially the back of the knife);
3. Turn on the machine after feeding, adjust the feeding distance, and then adjust the discharging distance;
4. Due to the large amount of solvent volatilization in the three-roll machine, part of the solvent is added when the viscosity increases;
5. Check the fineness, and pack into barrels after passing the test, and indicate the time, model, and variety;
6. Cleaning rollers, knives, back of knives, and receiving trays. It is forbidden to use a spatula or paint brush to extend into the drum for cleaning. Shut down quickly in case of abnormal conditions;
7. Dry operation is strictly prohibited. After production, turn off the water and power.
8. Keep the surrounding environment clean and tidy, and fill in the craft card carefully.
