(1) After starting the machine, slowly adjust the fast and slow rollers to a certain position to add the slurry, and then make a precise and detailed adjustment. Generally speaking, adjust the appropriate roller, the depth of its surface color is consistent. If you find that the color in the middle of the roller is lighter and the color at both ends is darker, you can adjust the amount of thermal expansion of the roller by adjusting the flow of cooling water to make the surface color of the roller consistent. After the roller is adjusted, put the discharge scraper on top.
(2) The grinding of the slurry is mainly realized by the squeezing and grinding between the middle roller and the slow roller, and the fast roller mainly outputs the ground slurry. The pressure between the middle roller and the slow roller can be adjusted higher, but the pressure between the middle roller and the fast roller cannot jump too high. The linear speed of the fast roller is several times higher than that of the slow roller, and the material quality, composition and structure of the three-roll roller are the same. Due to factors such as wear and thermal expansion coefficient, the gap is too large. If the pressure between the middle roller and the fast roller is too high High, it will cause deformation and rapid wear of the fast roller.
(3) If it is found that the paint in the middle of the roller is thin and the paint at both ends is thick, the flow of cooling water can be increased, and the surface of the roller that expands due to friction will become flat after cooling. The surface of the roller is basically straight when it has not been started, which can appropriately reduce the flow of cooling water. The flow of cooling water should be adjusted according to the actual situation. It must be noted that the cooling water must not be blocked for a long time, because when the heat on the surface of the roller rises to a certain level, the surface of the roller will be peeled or irregularly deformed, causing the roller to be scrapped.
(4) The roller is not acid and alkali resistant, so avoid grinding corrosive slurry.
(5) Pay attention to adjusting the speed roller at any time. Excessive thermal expansion of the roller will cause the roller to jam, or even brake the motor, causing an accident.
(6) The copper knife used for feeding cannot be pressed too tightly, and lubricating oil needs to be injected into the arc regularly. Depending on the actual situation, the length of the copper knife working surface can be adjusted.
(7) The temperature rise of the bearing during normal operation shall not exceed 35°C.
