1. If the shutdown time of the horizontal bead mill has exceeded 24 hours, before restarting the machine, the equipment maintenance personnel should open the belt guard and manually rotate the pulley for 10-15 times.
2. Turn on the power ofthe electric control cabinet, open the cooling water valve, start the material pump. After the material flows out from the discharge port, start the grinding motor. Idle running of the main motor is strictly prohibited.
3. After the bead mill starts to work, you should always pay attention to its working status, observe whether the manometer and thermometer are working, and make sure the material pump runs at a moderate speed.
4. Keep the mill body tidy and the instrument surface clean at all times.
5.After this batch of production tasks are completed, if the next shift of production starts soon, you can directly shut down the feed pump and the main motor; if the shutdown time exceeds 24 hours, you have to pump the cleaning solvents with no less than twice of the cylinder volume into the grinding barrel for internal washingand stop the pump and motor after cleaning.
