Sand mill technical requirements

1. Water supply. To control the water supply well, the control of water supply will seriously affect the fineness of the sand mill.
2. Properly increase the current of the sand mill, increase the speed, and correspondingly increase the working power of the sand mill. However, the increased current must be within the rated power range of the sand mill.
3. Try to ensure the safe production of the sand mill, and ensure the normal production power of the sand mill to the greatest extent.
4. When allowed, the finer the grinding fineness, the better. The finer the grinding fineness, the more fully the separation of useful minerals and gangue minerals can improve the recovery rate of materials. Therefore, under certain conditions of ore feeding, the grinding fineness can be improved as much as possible.
