3. Mixed use of beads of different brands
Because the hardness and density of the grinding beads vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, it is likely that hard beads grind soft beads, so the same brand of grinding beads from the same manufacturer should be used.
4. Material flow is too fast
This will cause the beads to accumulate in the material outlet, and accelerate the wear of the beads and sand mill accessories. The solution is to first use the method of intermittent startup to disperse the accumulated grinding beads and redistribute them evenly, and then adjust the flow rate of the material.
