1. Normal shutdown:
After receiving the stop instruction, press the "Stirring Stop" and "Pump Stop" buttons on the control panel to stop the operation of the sand mill.
Connect clean water to the feed pipe, close the main material valve, and clean the sand mill until the liquid at the outlet of the sand mill is clear.
Close the valves on the inlet and outlet pipes, open the discharge port valve on the sand mill, and drain the residual liquid.
Close the cooling water inlet and outlet valves.
After confirming that the cleaning is completed, there is no liquid in the sand mill, and the pressure gauge shows that the system has no positive pressure, and the sealing liquid inlet and outlet valves can be closed.
Cut off the power supply of the sand mill system.
2. Emergency shutdown:
When encountering water, power, material, sealing liquid, etc., the equipment will automatically stop, but measures should be taken immediately to stop.
When encountering equipment abnormalities, personal injuries, material leakage, etc., the emergency stop button on the control panel should be pressed immediately.
