Mixing machine operation steps

1. Preparation before starting
Check the equipment status:
Make sure the power cord, plug, control panel and other electrical components of the Mixing machine are normal.
Check whether the mixing blades are loose or damaged, and make sure the mixing shaft and blades are clean.
Check whether the mixing container is clean and free of residue.
Make sure the Mixing machine is placed on a stable and solid ground to avoid sliding or shaking.
Personal protection:
Operators need to wear appropriate work clothes, shoes, protective gloves and protective glasses.
It is forbidden to operate with gloves to avoid being involved in the equipment and causing injury.
2. Precautions during operation
Start the equipment:
Place the Mixing machine in a suitable position and ensure that there is enough material in the mixing container.
When starting the Mixing machine, run it at a low speed first, and gradually increase the speed to avoid splashing of materials.
Operation monitoring:
Pay attention to the operating sound and vibration of the Mixing machine. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Check the working status of the mixing blades regularly to ensure its normal operation.
It is forbidden to reach into the mixing container with hands or tools while the Mixing machine is running.
Material handling:
Ensure that the amount of material added is appropriate to avoid overloading and causing overheating or damage to the Mixing machine.
If liquid needs to be added, pour it slowly to avoid splashing.
3. Cleaning work after shutdown
Shutdown:
First adjust the Mixing machine to low speed and gradually stop stirring.
Turn off the power of the Mixing machine and unplug it.
Equipment cleaning:
Clean the residual material in the mixing container and ensure that the container is clean.
Clean the mixing blades and mixing shaft to avoid material residue causing equipment damage.
Maintenance:
Regularly check the wear of the mixing blades and mixing shafts and replace them when necessary.
Lubricate the mechanical parts of the Mixing machine to reduce wear.
Keep the equipment clean and dry to avoid moisture.
