As a common mechanical equipment, the vacuum emulsifier has been effectively used in many industries such as food and medicine. So, do you know how the vacuum emulsifier completes its operation?
The vacuum emulsifier uses the high-speed and stable rotation of the rotor to generate high-frequency, intense circumferential tangential velocity, angular velocity and other comprehensive kinetic energy performance; under the action of the stator, intense, reciprocating hydraulic force is formed in the reasonably narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. Due to the comprehensive effects of shearing, friction, centrifugal kneading, and liquid flow collision, the material circulates in the container through the above working processes, and finally the product is obtained.
Operation process of intermittent high shear dispersing homogenizing emulsifier:
1. Under the effect of centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating rotor, materials are sucked into the working chamber from the upper and lower feeding areas of the working head from the axial direction.
2. The weak centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow and fine gap between the stator and the rotor. At the same time, it is subject to centrifugal kneading, impact and other forces, so that the material begins to disperse and emulsify.
3. A linear speed of at least 15m/s or more is generated at the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor, which can reach 40m/s, causing intense mechanical and hydraulic shearing, liquid layer conflict, impact and tearing, so that the material can be fully dispersed. , emulsified, homogenized, broken, and injected through the stator slot together.
4. The material is continuously ejected from the radial direction at high speed, changing the flow direction under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall. At the same time, under the effect of the upper and lower axial suction forces generated in the rotor area, upper and lower streams are formed. Intense churning turbulence. The material goes through several cycles and finally completes the processes of dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
The reason why the vacuum emulsifier can complete the dispersion and emulsification process of materials is mainly due to the role of its rotor. The vacuum emulsifier uses the high-speed rotation of the rotor to form a variety of comprehensive kinetic energy effects, allowing the material to circulate back and forth in the container. It is subjected to centrifugal, impact and other effects to obtain the required products.
In order to ensure that the vacuum emulsifier can operate normally and stably, the equipment must be used correctly and maintained properly to reduce faults and extend its service life.
