How to solve insufficient vacuum of vacuum mixer

When using a vacuum mixer for vacuum mixing operation, if it is found that the obtained product cannot meet the vacuum defoaming requirements of the production process design, how to solve this problem?

First of all, it is necessary to clarify the vacuum degree required by the process, and confirm that the form and vacuuming capacity of the selected vacuum equipment meet the process requirements.

Then check the working condition of the vacuum mixer from the following aspects.

1. Check the reading of the vacuum gauge on the vacuum mixing tank cover. If the vacuum degree value meets the process requirements, it means that the vacuum equipment is in good condition, and it is necessary to reconsider whether the vacuum degree of the process design is suitable, and whether it is necessary to increase the vacuum degree to eliminate air bubbles from the product. If the vacuum value is lower than the target value please check according to point 2.

2. If the vacuum value is 0, it is likely that the vacuum pump runs in wrong direction. The wiring method of the terminal box of the vacuum pump should be adjusted to change the rotation direction. If the vacuum value is between 0 and the process design value, check whether there is a leak on the vacuuming air path of the vacuum mixer, and focus on checking whether there is a sound of air leakage at the mechanical seal at the mixing tank cover or the connection of the vacuum pipeline. 

You can also find the reasons for the insufficient vacuum of the vacuum mixer from the following aspects:

1. If the variety and quantity of materials being processed are similar to those previously processed focus on checking whether there are leaks in the vacuuming air path of the vacuum mixer.

2. If there is no leak on the vacuuming air path of the vacuum mixer, check if the vacuum pump is aging, the vacuuming ability is degraded, and the vacuum pump needs to be replaced.

3. If the product being processed is a new product, and the problem of insufficient vacuum has not been found when processing other products before, it is advisable to consider the appropriate vacuum value required for this new product.
