After the kneading machine is installed, it should be cleaned, decontaminated and wiped with anti-rust grease. Check the lubrication points and inject lubricating oil (grease), check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the steam pipes are leaking, and whether the circuits and electrical equipment are safe. The electric heating kneading machine must have a grounding device.
Before the kneading machine is tested, clean the kneading machine room and run it idle for 10-15 minutes. After confirming that the machine is running normally, put it into production. Check the tension of the V-belt before starting, move the motor to the appropriate position by adjusting the bolts, and minimize the use of reversal in the kneading machine studio. The wall plate shaft seal should be adjusted or replaced appropriately according to the wear and tear.
When using steam for heating, a safety valve and a pressure gauge should be installed at the inlet pipe. The steam pressure must not exceed the mixing cylinder operating pressure requirement on the nameplate. The steam pipe is not allowed to leak. The valve should be closed when the machine is out of use, and the reliability of the safety valve and pressure gauge should be ensured. Lubricating oil should be regularly injected into each lubrication part, and oil should be added at least twice per shift. For press-in lubrication, butter should be pressed in once every twenty days, and the oil pool should be replaced every three months for lubrication.
