I. Operational Procedure
1. Pre-Startup Preparation
Check the power cord, fasteners, and lubrication system (specified lubricant required).
Clean the roller surface from impurities, wipe with a soft cloth, and adjust the roller gap to 0.5mm (idle for 1-2 minutes).
Install the material baffle and discharge blade, and confirm that the cooling water system is unobstructed.
2. Operational Phase
Start the cooling water system, then power on and idle for 10 minutes to observe any abnormalities.
Gradually adjust the gap between the center and rear rollers to 0.3mm, tighten the material baffle, and then add material.
Control the speed using the speed control knob (low speed is recommended) to avoid dry grinding.
3. Shutdown Procedures
Preemptively reduce the speed and clean the roller surface and components with solvent.
Loosen the material baffle and apply oil to prevent rust. Cover with wax paper for protection.
II. Maintenance Key Points
1. Daily Maintenance
Clean the equipment after each shift and check the bearing temperature rise (≤35°C).
Replace the lubricant regularly (every 2000 hours or shorter depending on operating conditions).
2. Maintenance of Key Components
Check roller wear monthly. Protect the ceramic rollers from collisions.
Clean the lubrication system and replace the filter element quarterly.
III. Safety Regulations
Protective equipment such as goggles and a dust mask must be worn.
Overload operation is prohibited. Use stainless steel rollers for corrosive materials.
Immediately press the emergency stop button in an emergency.
IV. Troubleshooting
Roller surface wear: Check the cooling water flow (do not completely shut it off).
Uneven discharge: Fine-tune the discharge blade angle (15° ± 2°).
