Bearings and Lubrication
Use high-temperature grease (such as lithium-based grease). Replace and clean the lubrication system every 2000 hours.
Install a labyrinth seal to prevent impurities from entering. Shut down and inspect bearings if the temperature rise exceeds 35°C.
2. Process Control Optimization
Material Pretreatment
Control the raw material moisture content to ≤ 8%. High-viscosity materials should be pre-diluted (≤ 3,000,000 cps). Magnetic separation should be performed on metal particles to prevent scratches on the roller surface.
Grinding Parameter Setting
Use a three-stage grinding process. Grinding Process (Coarse Grinding 50-25μm → Fine Grinding 30-15μm → Homogenization 10-5μm)
Cooling water pressure maintained at 2-3 bar; oil temperature ≤ 65°C for oil-cooled models

Standardized Operations
Before starting the machine, idle for 10 minutes to confirm that the rollers are not dry-grinded (the material must remain covered).
Adjust the scraper pressure so that the blade is firmly against the roller surface but not bent.
Protective Devices
Install an ultrasonic blockage removal device to prevent blockage at the discharge port.
Test the emergency stop button monthly to ensure a response time of ≤ 0.5 seconds.
