1. Check before starting
Cooling water: Open the cooling water valve and confirm that the flow rate is ≥1 m³/h, the pressure is <300 kPa, and the outlet temperature is ≤40 ℃.
Grinding media: Check that the filling rate of zirconium beads in the cylinder is 60%–80%, and the particle size is consistent with the process card; after a long period of shutdown, the main shaft needs to be gently turned to confirm that it is not stuck.
Pipeline: Connect the inlet and outlet hoses to ensure that there are no leaks; the feed port filter is intact to prevent foreign matter from entering.
Electrical: Reset the emergency stop button and set the maintenance switch of the control box to "0".
2. Start-up steps
1. Start the feed pump: first fill the cylinder at a low speed of 400–600 r/min, and stop the pump after the slurry is seen.
2. Start the main engine: Press "Stirring Operation" and observe that the current is stable.
3. Secondary pump start: adjust the pump to 150–250 r/min for normal feeding.
4. Parameter setting: temperature control ≤60 ℃, pressure 0.1–0.3 MPa.
III. Operation monitoring
• Record every 30 min: current, temperature, pressure, flow.
• Listening: Even "buzzing" is normal, if there is a "da da" knocking sound, stop the machine immediately to check the medium breakage.
• Keep the observation window clear to prevent sand collapse and injury.
IV. Shutdown and cleaning
1. Stop the feed pump → run the main machine idle for 2 min to drain the residual material.
2. Use solvent to clean for 5 min until the outlet is clear.
3. Stop the main machine → turn off the cooling water → remove and clean the filter and blow it dry.
4. Long-term shutdown: add lubricating oil and cover the cylinder cover to prevent dust.
V. Emergency shutdown
1. When there is severe vibration, sudden current increase, or leakage, press the emergency stop immediately, close the feed valve, and open the cooling water bypass to cool down.
2. Tips: Add water first, then materials, and then the main machine. Stop the materials first and then the machine. Don't forget to clean it.
