Under normal circumstances, the sand mill runs stably without noise. If there is abnormal noise when the large and small gears rotate, stop running immediately. The general reason is that there is an error in the gear, which needs to be adjusted in time. Other seams should also be checked for looseness and oil leakage.
Attention should also be paid to the external environment. The motor needs to run in a stable current, avoid using it in an unstable power supply environment, which will not only damage the service life of the motor, but also ensure the working efficiency.
