3. After cleaning and reassembling, turn the impeller by hand, there should be no sticking phenomenon, and after the two flanges of the pot body and the pot cover are relatively fixed, the motor of the jog homogenizer is turned correctly, and there is no other abnormality, then the work can be started.
Secondly, it should be noted that due to the high rotational speed of the emulsifying head, it cannot work under no-load state in the emulsifying tank, so as to avoid affecting the degree of sealing due to some heat.
