1. Contact thermometer method:
This is a commonly used bearing temperature measurement method, usually using temperature sensors such as thermocouples, thermal resistors or thermistors. This method has high measurement accuracy, but the sensor needs to be directly installed on the bearing surface, which is somewhat destructive and requires professional technicians to operate.
2. Non-contact infrared temperature measurement method:
This is a non-destructive bearing temperature measurement method. By using an infrared sensor, the infrared radiation energy on the bearing surface is measured to obtain the bearing temperature data. This method does not require contact with the bearing surface and is simple to operate, but the measurement accuracy is relatively low and is greatly affected by environmental factors.
3. Embedded thermometer method:
This is a bearing temperature measurement method in which the temperature sensor is embedded inside the bearing. This method can measure the temperature inside the bearing, so the measurement accuracy is high. However, this method requires the bearing to be modified and the operation is more complicated.
4. Real-time monitoring method:
The bearing temperature is monitored in real time, and abnormal bearing operation is discovered in time. This method requires the bearing temperature data to be transmitted to the computer for processing, and an alarm signal is issued in time according to the data analysis results.
5. Regular monitoring method:
Monitor the bearing temperature regularly, and record and analyze the data obtained. This method can monitor the bearing operation in time, but it needs to be monitored regularly and cannot detect abnormal bearing operation in time.
6. Remote monitoring method:
Remotely monitor the bearing temperature through remote communication means such as the Internet. This method can realize remote monitoring of bearings, obtain bearing temperature data anytime and anywhere, and detect abnormal bearing operation in time.
7. Temperature sensor monitoring:
A temperature sensor is a device that monitors the temperature of motor bearings. It can be installed at or near the motor bearings, and transmit the temperature value to the control system by sensing the temperature change of the motor bearings.
8. Vibration monitoring:
Damage to the bearings will cause the bearings to vibrate, so the bearing status can be judged by vibration monitoring. The vibration sensor can be installed at or near the motor bearings, and transmit the data to the control system by sensing the vibration of the bearings.
9. Grease analysis method:
The lubricating grease of the motor bearings is sampled and analyzed to detect whether there are abnormal conditions such as metal chips and contaminants. The degree of contamination is assessed by measuring the light absorption characteristics of the lubricating grease. High blackness values may indicate the presence of wear particles or other contaminants.
