3. Rapid dispersion of materials
The strong shear force of the high-speed dispersion shaft can evenly disperse micron-sized particles within a few minutes, which is especially suitable for high-hardness materials such as pigments and fillers. Compared with single-shaft mixers, the dispersion efficiency is increased by 2-3 times.
4. Intelligent control and adaptation
The equipment supports flexible adjustment of parameters such as speed and mixing time. For high-viscosity materials, the low-speed shaft automatically increases the torque to ensure full flow of the material; when processing low-viscosity materials, the high-speed shaft increases the speed to enhance turbulence and achieve precise and efficient mixing.
5. Continuous circulation mixing:
The low-speed shaft promotes continuous circulation of materials, allowing the materials to repeatedly pass through the high-speed dispersion area to accelerate the mixing process. At the same time, the blade design optimizes fluid dynamics, reduces flow resistance, reduces energy consumption and improves mixing efficiency.
