What are the common problems encountered in the daily use of the TRANSOCEAN® automatic dish detergent filling machine. Here we make a brief introduction.
1. The packaging container is not full: the target value of the filling machine is not adjusted correctly; the feeding of the hopper is too slow or unstable; the loading surface of the hopper is too low; the feeding pipe is too small, the material flow is not smooth; the feeding pipe and the container mouth are different heart and so on.
2. Material overflow: the container and the feeding pipe are not concentric, the rhythm is not coordinated, the container is too small or the feeding pipe is blocked.
3. The screw speed is very low or the speed is unstable: the viscosity of the material is too large or the screw speed setting is too high, so that the material is squeezed and the rotation is abnormal.
4. The clutch is not working properly or the belt is loose: refer to the clutch instruction manual to check and adjust the clutch or tighten the belt.
5. The counter does not count: the encoder connection may be faulty or the coupling on the encoder is loose or the coupling is broken.
