I. Daily Maintenance Key Points
1. Lubrication Management
Check the oil level and condition of lubrication points every 4 hours. Use low-viscosity lubricant in winter and high-viscosity oil in summer. Main bearing temperature must be ≤55°C. If it exceeds 60°C, shut down the machine for inspection immediately.
2. Operation Monitoring
Monitor motor current fluctuations within 5 minutes of startup. Adjust the feed rate if abnormal. Monitor equipment noise. If any abnormal vibration or response is detected, shut down the machine for inspection immediately.
3. Fastener Inspection
Check liner bolts and cylinder connection bolts daily to prevent loosening that could cause leakage or breakage.
II. Regular Maintenance Cycles
Major Maintenance (1 month): Adjust clearance, tighten bolts, and inspect liner wear.
Minor Maintenance (3-6 months): Replace liner bolts, inspect oil lines, and inspect gear meshing.
Medium Maintenance ( (12-24 months): Replace some liners, overhaul the reducer, and perform anti-corrosion treatment.
Overhaul (5-10 years): Replace the cylinder liner, large gear, and perform a comprehensive oil system overhaul.
III. Maintenance of Key Components
1. Liners and Grinding Media: Replace liners if wear exceeds 30%, and replace steel balls if wear is severe. Remove steel balls during extended downtime to prevent cylinder deformation.
2. Bearings and Seals: Clean bearings regularly, regrease them, and inspect the integrity of the seals. In case of leakage, inspect the propeller blades and flange gaskets, and replace the mechanical seals.
3. Special Winter Maintenance: Preheat the equipment before starting the machine, inspect the cooling water system to prevent frost cracking, and tighten any loose bolts caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
IV. Safety Regulations: Power must be turned off and a sign posted before maintenance, and safety measures must be implemented. Drain the slurry during extended downtime to prevent freezing and corrosion.
