Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® rotor stator mixer is widely used in uniformly dispersing one or more phases into another continuous phase in the product. Oil based materials and water based materials are premixed in a preparation tank respectively and then are sucked by negative pressure to vacuum mixing tank. All preparation tanks and mixing tank are complete with separate heating device and the temperature can be set according to different production processes. Materials are mixed, sheared, compressed folded and pushed towards rotor-stator mixer by paddle agitator and frame agitator which rotates in opposite directions. After processing the finished products will be discharged by gravity through turning mixing tank by more than 90?or by a pump via the discharge port on the bottom. A button type control panel or a touch screen control panel is supplied for the operation of the mixer.

It is widely used as a high shear mixer, emulsifying machine and homogenizing machine in the processing of various paste, suspension and cream in the industries such as pharmacy, biotechnology, cosmetics, chemical, food, digital printing ink, lubricant and alike.
Features:
● Combination of central paddle agitator, frame agitator with scraper and rotor-stator mixer
● Material of wetted parts: S.S.304/S.S.316L/S.S.321
● Inside wall of mixing tank is swept by PTFE scrapers on frame agitator
● Materials in tiny gap between rotor and stator are subject to the combined function of shearing, centrifugal squeeze, friction, impact, tearing and turbulence generated by strong momentum resulting from high velocity and high frequency mechanical effect of rotor.
● Air bubbles are removed simultaneously from materials by vacuum equipment during mixing period
● Lifting of mixing head: by electrical/hydraulic cylinder
