Introduction

TRANSOCEAN^® Paint mixing tanks are widely used in paints, coatings, building materials, inks, pesticides, insecticides, cosmetics, hand sanitizers, laundry detergents, shampoos, shower gels, chemicals, resins and other industries. Through the selection of different forms of agitators or a combination of multiple agitators, the agitator tank can realize the functions of mixing, dispersing, shearing, emulsifying, and homogenizing. According to the requirements of the production process, the mixing speed can be regulated with a frequency converter. The material contact parts are made of SS304 or SS316L, so that the paint mixing tank has excellent corrosion resistance, which prevents the equipment itself from being corroded by the materials and also protects the products from contamination. The inner wall of the mixing tank is mirror-polished to minimize material residue, thereby reducing material loss and reducing cleaning task. The top of the mixing tank can adopt a flat cover design with small flips cover or a dished end. According to the process needs, feeding ports, exhaust, dust collection, spray, sight glass, manhole and other interfaces can be supplied on the mixing tank top. The bottom of the mixing tank generally adopts a dished end to enhance the turnover and convection of the materials in the tank while ensuring the structural strength, so as to achieve efficient mixing. For the materials which are poor in fluidity, cone-shaped bottom can be used to facilitate the discharge of products. For processes that require heating or cooling, heat exchange coils or jackets can also be set on the outer wall of the stirring tank. The paint mixing tank can be customized according to the requirements of the user's production process, and OEM services are also available.

1.Q:What is the delivery time of your machine?

A: Mostly, our machines can be delivered within 30 days after receipt of the down payment for the order conditioned that all the technical specifications and requirements have been confirmed by the customers on time.Delivery time of some customized machine may be extended according to our negotiation with the customer.

Q: If we need your help on the installation and commissioning of the machines ordered from you how can your offer the assistance?

A:All our machines have been tested and have passed the quality inspection before delivery. Most of our products are delivered in modules or as an entirety. It is easy to reassemble the machines according to our instruction and fix them with expansion bolts onto the foundation in the user’s workshop. In some case, if the user needs our supervision on site we will dispatch our technicians to help our customer at the customer’s expense.
