It is widely used in the mixing of fluids or solid-liquid suspensions with a wide variety of viscosity (5,000-50,000cps) in the processing of paints, color paste, adhesives, abrasives, algae, chemicals, flavoring agents, wastewater treatment and industries alike.
The pitched turbine type agitator is one kind of popular low shear industrial mixer, which can make the material in the mixing tank conduct volume circulation mainly, and toss up and down. The material contact part is made of high-quality stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance abilities. The mixing speed is adjusted by the inverter, which can be adjusted according to the requirement of production process. The mixer head and the mixing device can be lifted or lowered by the engineering hydraulic cylinder. The explosion-proof type is available as an option for operation in the hazardous area.
